Complete
The necessary source is present and the claim can move forward.
Every sentence has a way home
SRS connects finished language to the evidence that supports it, preserves the meaning through each transformation, and tests the same approved story across every in-scope format.
Before writing begins
SRS does not treat missing information as permission to improvise. Each important source area is resolved as complete, a documented absence, unavailable, or not applicable before the associated claim advances.
The necessary source is present and the claim can move forward.
The gap is known and recorded; it is not silently filled.
The source cannot be obtained, so the language stays bounded.
The evidence type does not govern this claim or deliverable.
The claim microscope
A sentence can sound accurate while quietly changing who did the work, how much they owned, or whether a result is current. SRS checks the parts separately before accepting the whole.
A familiar sentence with too little resolution to show ownership, conditions, decisions, or consequence.
The stronger frame is accepted only when the underlying evidence supports each part of it.
Six controlled transformations
SRS distinguishes direct source language from reframing, calculation, and interpretation. That prevents a polished sentence from disguising how it was produced.
The source language is retained exactly.
The wording changes while the supported meaning stays intact.
A broad source statement is reduced to what the evidence can carry.
A value is calculated from identified inputs rather than guessed.
A reasoned interpretation is labeled and kept distinct from direct evidence.
A prior fact is used only when its present status is supported.
Seven questions before a sentence advances
This is not a formula for making every sentence sound the same. It is a human review sequence for deciding whether a stronger expression is supported, useful, recognizable, and appropriate for the person and audience.
The sentence decision rule
If any factual answer remains unresolved, the claim waits. Clarity never requires pretending uncertainty has disappeared.
Four lines the language does not cross
SRS can reveal transferable value and translate it for a new audience. It does not create authority, proficiency, individual credit, or present-day status that the evidence does not support.
Contributing to work does not become sole ownership of it.
Seeing or assisting with a tool does not become demonstrated command of it.
A shared outcome stays attributed to the team unless individual impact is supported.
An expired, historical, or former status is not presented as current.
One approved spine · three purposeful renders
Standard resume work begins from one approved factual and strategic spine, then expresses it in three formats for different reading conditions. Automated cross-variant checks and a 17-point human review test the system before delivery.
Shared source of truth
The same roles, dates, claims, qualifiers, and target direction travel into each render.
Occupational context, kept in its lane
When it is relevant and included in scope, O*NET and SOC context can help compare occupational language and role expectations. It cannot establish a client’s biography, title, skill, achievement, or outcome. Those come from the client evidence base.
Occupational vocabulary, role patterns, adjacent classifications, and questions worth investigating.
What the person did, owned, changed, learned, measured, and can explain in a real conversation.
Properly matched O*NET, SOC, or BLS sources can add occupational, employment, wage, projection, geography, or training context when the scope calls for it.
Population wages, growth, code similarity, and occupational descriptors do not prove personal qualifications, ATS recognition, a current opening, or a future salary.
Disagreement stays visible
When sources disagree, SRS preserves the conflict and checks chronology, later corrections, and source authority. If the conflict cannot be resolved, the affected language is held instead of being rounded into a convenient story.
External findings are adjudicated claim by claim. Model agreement is not treated as proof, and uncertainty remains visible.
A stronger claim is recorded as CLAIM_STRENGTHENED with its before-and-after language and authority, rather than being hidden as polish.
Ownership is the return path
The same narrative should remain recognizable when a recruiter reads it, when a hiring manager questions it, and when the client explains it without a script.
Role history, evidence, language, and target context resolve into a coherent professional proposition.
The language remains natural enough to support examples, explanations, and decisions in a live conversation.
Start with the source
That is the standard behind the evidence review, writing, validation, and final ownership transfer.
