Every sentence has a way home

Your story can become clearer without becoming someone else’s.

SRS connects finished language to the evidence that supports it, preserves the meaning through each transformation, and tests the same approved story across every in-scope format.

A shared process
ListenUncoverPositionWriteOwn

Before writing begins

The evidence window has to close honestly.

SRS does not treat missing information as permission to improvise. Each important source area is resolved as complete, a documented absence, unavailable, or not applicable before the associated claim advances.

State 01

Complete

The necessary source is present and the claim can move forward.

State 02

Documented absence

The gap is known and recorded; it is not silently filled.

State 03

Unavailable

The source cannot be obtained, so the language stays bounded.

State 04

Not applicable

The evidence type does not govern this claim or deliverable.

The claim microscope

A strong sentence is built from smaller truths.

A sentence can sound accurate while quietly changing who did the work, how much they owned, or whether a result is current. SRS checks the parts separately before accepting the whole.

01Subject02Action03Ownership04Scope05Quantity06Qualifier07Timeframe08Polarity09Currentness
Compressed source“Managed projects and supported the team.”

A familiar sentence with too little resolution to show ownership, conditions, decisions, or consequence.

Resolved directionCross-functional coordination under competing constraints.

The stronger frame is accepted only when the underlying evidence supports each part of it.

Six controlled transformations

Better language still has to preserve source meaning.

SRS distinguishes direct source language from reframing, calculation, and interpretation. That prevents a polished sentence from disguising how it was produced.

Transform 01

Verbatim

The source language is retained exactly.

Transform 02

Faithful reframe

The wording changes while the supported meaning stays intact.

Transform 03

Narrowing

A broad source statement is reduced to what the evidence can carry.

Transform 04

Arithmetic

A value is calculated from identified inputs rather than guessed.

Transform 05

Inference

A reasoned interpretation is labeled and kept distinct from direct evidence.

Transform 06

Current-state carry

A prior fact is used only when its present status is supported.

Seven questions before a sentence advances

The writing earns its strength one decision at a time.

This is not a formula for making every sentence sound the same. It is a human review sequence for deciding whether a stronger expression is supported, useful, recognizable, and appropriate for the person and audience.

The sentence decision rule

Strong enough to matter. Grounded enough to own.

If any factual answer remains unresolved, the claim waits. Clarity never requires pretending uncertainty has disappeared.

  • 01What primary source supports the statement?
  • 02What kind of transformation is being applied?
  • 03Did ownership, scope, quantity, timing, or any other fact become stronger?
  • 04Does a later correction change what the earlier source means?
  • 05Is the statement useful for this audience and included in scope?
  • 06Can the client explain it naturally and consistently with the evidence?
  • 07Is it entering the right internal or client-facing document?

Four lines the language does not cross

Relevance can expand. The facts cannot.

SRS can reveal transferable value and translate it for a new audience. It does not create authority, proficiency, individual credit, or present-day status that the evidence does not support.

Participation does not become

Ownership

Contributing to work does not become sole ownership of it.

Exposure does not become

Proficiency

Seeing or assisting with a tool does not become demonstrated command of it.

Team result does not become

Individual result

A shared outcome stays attributed to the team unless individual impact is supported.

Past status does not become

Current status

An expired, historical, or former status is not presented as current.

One approved spine · three purposeful renders

The format changes. The professional story does not drift.

Standard resume work begins from one approved factual and strategic spine, then expresses it in three formats for different reading conditions. Automated cross-variant checks and a 17-point human review test the system before delivery.

Shared source of truth

One story, inspected at multiple resolutions.

The same roles, dates, claims, qualifiers, and target direction travel into each render.

  • AATS Gold Standard WordConservative structure for portals and high-compatibility workflows.
  • BATS Modern WordEditable structure with restrained visual hierarchy.
  • CExecutive Showcase PDFDesigned presentation for intentional human review.
  • QAAutomated + human reviewCross-variant checks, 17 manual review points, and screen-reader spot checks for complex Showcase PDFs.

Occupational context, kept in its lane

External research can sharpen a target. It cannot invent a life.

When it is relevant and included in scope, O*NET and SOC context can help compare occupational language and role expectations. It cannot establish a client’s biography, title, skill, achievement, or outcome. Those come from the client evidence base.

Context can support

Target interpretation

Occupational vocabulary, role patterns, adjacent classifications, and questions worth investigating.

Client evidence must support

Personal truth

What the person did, owned, changed, learned, measured, and can explain in a real conversation.

Federal data can contextualize

Occupations and labor markets

Properly matched O*NET, SOC, or BLS sources can add occupational, employment, wage, projection, geography, or training context when the scope calls for it.

Federal data cannot promise

An individual outcome

Population wages, growth, code similarity, and occupational descriptors do not prove personal qualifications, ATS recognition, a current opening, or a future salary.

Disagreement stays visible

Conflicting evidence is resolved, not polished away.

When sources disagree, SRS preserves the conflict and checks chronology, later corrections, and source authority. If the conflict cannot be resolved, the affected language is held instead of being rounded into a convenient story.

During researchAccepted. Held. Rejected.

External findings are adjudicated claim by claim. Model agreement is not treated as proof, and uncertainty remains visible.

During revisionMaterial strengthening is named.

A stronger claim is recorded as CLAIM_STRENGTHENED with its before-and-after language and authority, rather than being hidden as polish.

Ownership is the return path

The document is not the finish line.

The same narrative should remain recognizable when a recruiter reads it, when a hiring manager questions it, and when the client explains it without a script.

Recognition

The reader sees the pattern.

Role history, evidence, language, and target context resolve into a coherent professional proposition.

Ownership

The client can carry the pattern.

The language remains natural enough to support examples, explanations, and decisions in a live conversation.

Start with the source

Clarity is strongest when every conclusion can travel back to its source.

That is the standard behind the evidence review, writing, validation, and final ownership transfer.
