Scope, process, and boundaries
Clear answers before the work begins.
The right engagement starts with an accurate picture of what SRS does, what the package controls, and what remains outside any resume service’s control.

What makes Southwest Resume Services different?
SRS combines direct, founder-led collaboration with disciplined resume writing and career positioning. We do not treat the resume as an isolated writing product: your experience, target direction, resume, LinkedIn content, and interview language are developed to reinforce one coherent professional story that still sounds like you.
How much do services cost?
Current public package pricing begins with Accelerator at $300, Career Launch at $449, and Custom / Executive work at $500+ depending on the approved scope. Additional target directions, versions, research, or custom deliverables may be quoted separately.
How long does the process take?
Timing depends on package, scope, source-material readiness, and revision turnaround. The working timeline is confirmed in the invoice or written scope and reviewed at kickoff.
What resume formats are delivered?
Standard resume packages include the same approved resume in three formats: a designed Showcase PDF, an editable ATS Modern Word version, and an editable ATS Gold Standard Word version.
Are the resumes ATS-compatible?
The ATS Modern and ATS Gold Standard Word formats are built for straightforward parsing and editing, while the Showcase PDF supports direct human review. No service can promise identical parsing, ranking, or acceptance across every employer system, so SRS supplies multiple fit-for-context formats rather than one universal file.
How does SRS use AI?
Technology can support research, organization, comparison, consistency checks, and drafting exploration. Human judgment controls scope, interpretation, source fidelity, voice, and final quality. AI does not approve or send client work. Your lived experience remains the source and the finished story remains yours.
Do you guarantee interviews or job offers?
No. Hiring outcomes depend on employers, competition, market conditions, application choices, and interview performance. SRS is accountable for the quality and integrity of the in-scope career materials and guidance—not for decisions made by third parties.
What does evidence-informed mean?
Claims are grounded in client-provided experience and corrections. When relevant and included in scope, SRS can also use occupational sources, target-role patterns, and industry context to improve translation and relevance without inventing facts.
Can you help with a career change?
Yes. Transition work traces the underlying capability pattern in the source career and maps it to the approved target context. Research and deliverable depth match the package or custom scope.
What LinkedIn support is included?
Accelerator includes light LinkedIn recommendations, not a full profile rewrite. Career Launch includes full LinkedIn profile content aligned to the approved resume direction. Custom LinkedIn work follows the written scope.
How do revisions work?
The package or invoice defines the included revision allowance. Revisions refine the approved target direction and deliverables; a new target, additional version, or expanded deliverable set may require additional scope.
Do you work nationwide?
Yes. SRS is based in Arizona and works remotely with professionals across the United States.
How is client information handled?
SRS treats career materials as confidential and uses service providers for necessary functions such as hosting, records, authentication, secure storage, scheduling, payment, communication, and site measurement. The Privacy Policy explains those processing relationships and available choices.
